Okoro Villa is available to be reserved exclusively for up to eight guests or for couples the Okoro Suite & Treehouse can each be booked on an individual basis.
Getting there
The Arrival Journey
It is a short 20-minute journey by car from Nelson Airport via the oceanside road to Okoro Villa. Access is via a private gated entrance.
Nelson Airport accommodates executive jet arrivals together with multiple direct daily commercial flight connections by Air New Zealand and Sounds Air to New Zealand’s major cities and international airports.
Okoro Villa also has it’s own helipad onsite and offers a heli transfer service from Nelson Airport and other luxury accommodations in the region, Marlborough and Wellington.
Guests can journey from the airport to the Okoro Villa by a meet and greet chauffeur driven luxury car service or self-drive.

Getting to Okoro Villa
Air New Zealand fly daily direct flights to Nelson from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and regional airports. Sounds Air also fly direct from Wellington & Christchurch. Okoro Villa has it’s own helipad onsite for helicopter transfers directly from or to Wellington, Marlborough or other locations around New Zealand.
An airport meet and greet and private driver service / transfer can be arranged upon reservation. Please note an additional cost may apply.
Detailed instructions including access to the gated estate will be provided upon confirmed reservation in advance of arrival. Parking is plentiful and complimentary at Okoro Villa.

ACCOMMODATION
The entire Residence can be reserved exclusively for up to eight guests and exudes understated elegance and luxury. The interior design has created a striking yet warm and welcoming aesthetic.
The Okoro Suite and the separate luxurious Treehouse can each be reserved for individual stays of up to two guests in each with guests enjoying shared use of all the in and outdoor dining spaces and leisure amenities.
The Okoro Suite
Super King Bed with spectacular sea and mountain views with personal lounge area, a large walk-in wardrobe and a spacious ensuite with spa bath.
Suite Two
Spacious corner suite with a private bush outlook, bathed in natural light and a view of the sea. Super King size bed, lounge setting, desk and large wardrobe. Shares large separate bathroom with Suite Three.
Suite Three
Spacious corner suite with a private bush outlook. Super King split bed (can be twin share), lounge setting, desk and large wardrobe. Shares large separate bathroom with Suite Three.
The Treehouse
Available to be booked separately for up to two guests is the beautifully appointed Okoro Treehouse overlooking the orchard, perched amongst the native Kanuka trees and with a sea view.
The Treehouse features a Super King Bed (option as 2 singles) with ensuite, open lounge space, a writing alcove, Nespresso and a selection of teas and fridge.
An outdoor deck and seating area has expansive views across the valley to the sea & mountains beyond.
Included with each stay is the Okoro residence private chef and guests can enjoy all the spaces and leisure features of Okoro Villa on a shared basis unless reserving the entire Villa exclusively. The Okoro Treehouse accommodates a maximum of two guests / not suitable for children.
